Dyno Nobel is a global leader in the commercial explosives industry with more than 3,770 employees, including some of the most highly trained blasters in the industry. We manufacture over 54 million pounds of packaged explosives and more than 1.2 million tons of ammonium nitrate capacity. We have 32 manufacturing facilities on three continents (including state-of-the-art initiation systems facilities in the United States, Australia and Mexico) and our Engineering and Technology team supports domestic and export product sales, as well as the use of our cutting-edge technologies around the world.

Delivering products & services that reduce our customers’ impact
In 2019 we released our third high efficiency fertiliser, eNpower™, to market. Like our Green Urea™ and Entec® products, eNpower™ is specially formulated to retain nutrients in more stable forms for longer periods, increasing plant nutrient uptake and reducing the likelihood of volatilisation losses to the atmosphere as GHG and to waterways through leaching.
Our Delta E proprietary explosives method reduced both energy use and GHG emissions associated with blasting for our mining and quarry and constriction customers. Read more about these products in the ‘Sustainable Products & Services’ section of our online Sustainability Report.

Dyno Nobel Launches EZshot®, the Newest Addition to Its Electronic Initiation Portfolio
EZshot® is the newest addition to Dyno Nobel’s electronic initiation portfolio. This exciting technology offers users the benefits of accurate electronic timing with the ease of use of NONEL® shock tube. The EZshot detonator series is an exclusive design for underground perimeter blasting. This system gives the customer the ability to use electronic timing for improved perimeter control, helping them to save on time and overall production costs. With the same J-Hook hookup as NONEL, no new training is required, allowing the customer to quickly move forward on all projects.
